This is a 2 hour CE course discussing client rights. What rights does a client have?

3. Describe the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
4. Define adult abuse, abandonment, neglect, and financial exploitation.
5. List your responsibility as a mandatory reporter.
6. Identify the types and risks of restraints and safer alternatives.
7. Describe problem-solving and its importance in caregiving.
