This 4-credit class is the first class in a series on Wellbeing for Clients and Caregivers. Class one is titled: Food and Drink: A Pathway to Health. Health and well-being are fundamental aspects of life that significantly impact both clients and caregivers. For clients receiving care, maintaining physical health is crucial for their overall quality of life and longevity. Class 1 will focus on understanding basic nutrition, creating a balanced diet, and tips for proper hydration.
