Description


This 1.5-credit class is the fourth in a series on Health and Well-Being. Each class will cover different fundamental aspects of life that significantly impact both clients and caregivers.  Class 4 is titled "Mental and Emotional Wellbeing"  and focuses on the importance of sleep and rest to the human body, reducing stress through mindfulness practices, caregiver exercise, and the concepts of self-care.
